Road Bike-to-Paddle Transition

Paddle from West Bay Park north into Budd Inlet.  This ~3.5 mile course passes West Bay Marina, turns east directly towards Priest Point Park and then south to Swantown Marina.  The tide will be just right on July 23rd.  This is and open-water course, so be prepared and self-sufficient.  We'll have boats on the water to assist.

Turns: Turn 1 is marked by Buoy # 4 (see picture below). Turn 2 is an inflatable race marker that will be placed by Olympia Area Rowing prior to the race.

Take out at Swantown. (Est. Time 50 min.)
